Programs

Care at the level you need — and no more than you need.

Outpatient treatment means you sleep at home and keep your routine. From full-day PHP to weekly OP, we match the intensity of care to where you are and step it down as you get stronger.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

5–6 hours/day · 5 days/week

Full-day treatment with medical and psychiatric support — you sleep at home. The right start after detox or residential care.

About PHP →

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

3 hours/day · 3–5 days/week

Structured care several days a week — group therapy, individual sessions and skills work, with morning and evening tracks.

About IOP →

Outpatient Program (OP)

1–2 sessions/week

Ongoing support for people who are stable and building on their progress, or stepping down from a more intensive program.

About OP →

Therapy & Family Support

Individual · Group · Family

Our approach

Evidence-based, whole-person care.

Substance use rarely happens on its own. Our clinicians treat the whole picture — stress, anxiety, depression, sleep, relationships — using methods with real research behind them.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills
  • Motivational Interviewing — we meet you where you are, not where you "should" be
  • Relapse-prevention planning you actually use after treatment
  • Coordination with your physician for medication-assisted treatment, when appropriate
  • Small groups, so every voice is heard

Why families choose us

Small, local and personal.

You're a person, not a case

Low counselor-to-client ratios mean your counselor knows your story, your goals and your family.

Private and discreet

Evening groups, a quiet location and strict confidentiality. Your employer doesn't need to know unless you want them to.

Support that continues

Aftercare planning, alumni groups and check-ins after you finish — recovery doesn't end at discharge.
